1.     Made to measure products are supplied to a tolerance of +/- 2mm.
2.     All images are as accurate as possible but should only be used as a         guideline as to colour and profile.
3.     All descriptions of mouldings and frames refer to their appearance and          not necessarily the material from which they are made.

Delivery

4.     All delivery times are estimates only. For UK orders we aim to deliver         within 7 days of receiving payment. International orders will vary         depending on location.

International Orders

5.     We only ship within Europe due to high carriage costs. These orders may         not be despatched with glass depending on their size. This is at our         discretion and an alternative material may be used in place of glass even         if glass is stated on the order.

Damages

6.     Any signs of damage to packaging should be notified to the carrier before         signing for the goods.
7.     Any items found to be damaged on opening the parcel must be notified to         us immediately by telephone or email. All Items and packaging must be         kept for inspection by the carrier.
8.     We will resend the order or part there of at no further cost to you.

Typographical and pricing errors

9.      If any of our products are listed or calculated at an incorrect price due to          typographical error or software calculation problem or incorrect          information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse to meet or          cancel any orders placed for that product whether or not payment has          been accepted for that order. If payment has been accepted it will be          refunded in full.

Product Availability

10.    If goods are found to be unavailable for any reason or at any time after           you place your order we will notify you immediately. If we cannot source a          suitable replacement we reserve the right to cancel your order and          refund any monies received for that order.

Order Cancellation

11.    If you wish to cancel any order this must be done within 24 hours of          when it was placed. Cancellation should be notified to us by email to          sales@pictureframes-uk.com. A full refund will be given for any monies          received for that order. After this period our returns policy may apply if we          have worked on your order.
12.   We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time and          refund any monies taken in respect of such orders.

Refund Policy

13.   All refunds are at our discretion.
14.   Refunds for Ready Made and Made to Measure items will be given if you         are not happy with the quality of our workmanship or if your products are         not within the tolerance stated in 1. Above. We cannot refund for made to         measure item that have been ordered by mistake by you the customer.
15.  All items for refund must be returned in accordance with our Returns         Policy below.

Returns Policy

16.   All returns should be made within 5 working days from receipt of goods
17.   You must return the goods to us by registered post or similar. You are          responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and any risk of         damage to the goods in transit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for         goods damage in transit and it will be your responsibility to seek         compensation from the carrier.

Privacy Policy

18.  No financial details (credit/debit card or bank details) will be stored electronically or on paper once full payment has been received and your order shipped. A copy of you invoice details may be kept electronically and/or on paper to be used as a reference in case you require a repeat order in the future.

19. Your details will not be passed on to any third party for marketing purposes.
